About the Author
Gabriel Ginebra Serrabou began his career as a professor at the Institute of Higher Business Studies (IESE) School of Business at the University of Navarra, and later taught at academic institutions throughout Spain. He has an MBA and a doctoral degree in workplace organization. He has directed consulting projects for companies in a wide range of industries, including finance, pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, and media. Currently Gabriel is a professor of Management Skills at the University of Abat Oliba CEU. He directed the Nicomachean project, which combines classical thought with management competencies. Awesome book for anyone dealing with people. Managers, Supervisors, Strategic HR professionals

This book is amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's layout is superb, its easy to read and its great for anyone who has employees within their chain of command or working with others in a leadership capacity. Trust me, you will not regret it. He presents ideas and concepts with facts and valid data, their is a human touch to this book that is heart-warming. Truly a book to manage millenials!

Not what I expected but not really the sellers fault

Well, Those of you looking for information about Managing Incompetence should please stop reading this review immediately. I ordered the book hoping to learn how to better deal with my embarrassing habit of piddling in my britches in public whenever an attractive female speaks to me. As you can imagine this has caused a tremendous amount of social awkwardness for me but that really is neither here nor there if you are someone contemplating the purchase of this particular Amazon book.
It wouldn't be fair for me to take away any stars from this product in my review though, because it was clearly my mistake in reading the title. My only comment would be that maybe a larger picture of the product would have helped an old, lonely geezer with waning eyesight such as myself make a more informed purchase decision.
It occurs to me that the waning eyesight may even be exacerbating my "pee problem." Imagine walking through WalMart with "the beer goggles" on as we used to say in my younger days, That's what it's like for me. Every approaching lady looks like Farah Fawcett from her red swimsuit poster through these pop bottle thick glasses I wear. But there I ago prattling on about me again. I don't know whether my problem is urological, psychological or just an eyesight issue. Am I a candidate for lasik eye surgery? Should I cut back on the vodka? These are things I was hoping to learn from a book on managing incontinence. If you happen to be in the same situation as me, you will not find the answers in this book.
