Catherine Berney is Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management and professional lecturer, FRSA facilitator, mediator and consultant with a background in international finance, law, and organizational psychology. A 'must buy' book for practitioners

This book brings together thinking from world renowned researchers such as Heifitz, Handy, Kegan and Lahey, and Wilber in a readable and sound form. More than that, the writer offers example after example about how to put theory into practice in working with executive leaders as a coach or consultant. Not many writers achieve this amalgamation as well. Her background in law and organisational psychology giving one confidence in her integrity which shines through the pages, stimulating one to practical action.
