A great book, written for parents!

Dr. Deutch (also known as Dr. Jim), has written a powerful parenting tool for parents. The book covers many common problems that parents may have with children of all ages. Some notable topics covered include: The Picky Eater, Chores, Bedtime/"Room Time", Allowance, and School. The book is both entertaining and educational, filled with personal stories that make the book "real". This isn't a parenting book that simply tells parents what to do without reason. It's a book filled with reason and logic. The tatics in the book not only work for children, but can help relationships at various levels if applied properly. I strongly recommend this book for all parents! There is always room for improvement in the home and for the family. If you strive for a home where cooperation and harmonious relationships are important, definitely pick up this book! If you're short on time, the chapters are short and to the point, making it easy for parents who have tight schedules.

Worth the read

Dr. Jim provides examples and real life situations in which learning how to be a successful parent is made so clear. This book allowed me to change my prespective and has inspired me to take what I have learned in the book, and apply it to my daily life, and in the future, to my children. This book will allow the reader to understand how to be a better parent as well as a better person in life. It has only done good for me and it will without a doubt, only do good for those wise enough to read it.

His book is awesome and I really have learned a lot from him. Using what I have read in reality has helped me improve my daily tasks and arguments. I really enjoyed his book and I wish everyone had the chance to obtain this book for them to improve what they go through. I highly recommend this book and he is an awesome guy. Thank you for everything you have taught me.
